Hi,
I've been running the proxy server for a remote customer and it works pretty well most of the time, however at least once or twice a week I get hundreds of alerts all at once, saying everything is down, followed immediately by alerts saying everything is up! I've verified connectivity of the server and the server isn't losing connectivity!
I'm running 1.6.5 of server and proxy, 1.6.4 on agents. Before I was running 1.6.4 on server, proxy and agents. I thought an upgrade might fix it, but it didn't.
Today, I looked closer at the alerts and noticed something really interesting!
Inside the alerts saying there is a problem, everything says it's UP! So for some reason we get alerted saying it's down EVEN ALTHOUGH the data says it's up!
HELP! I'm getting pounded by our support staff asking why this is happening and wanting it fixed.
