Duplicate messages being sent after removing groups

I have one Zabbix action configured to test alerts to my Jabber address and email. I just recently removed all the unneeded groups and just configured 4 groups for my liking. I went back to the action and changed the group to send to one of my new ones.

Now I am getting the same email and jabber message twice. Same time stamps. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

OK, I figured out why this was ending twice. I have the trigger twice for one host. I don't know how this was possible though... the trigger is in the template and there is only one in the template. Other hosts using the template only show the correct 1 trigger. But this one host showed it twice...

The only way i could remove it was to clone the trigger in the template, then delete the original. Now all hosts using it are showing just the 1 trigger... strange.
