zabbix email is not sent

hi all,
i install zabbix1.6.5，i config the media types-->email to send the alert message,but when the trigger is arrive the threshold value,the email message can't send to the address i configed,what can i do?

User Rights

Make sure that the account you are using has the correct rights. I had this issues this after upgrading from 1.6.4 to 1.6.5

thanks for your reply, i have a mail server,the domain is : mail.uuzu.com
so i config the email media type like this:

SMTP server: mail.uuzu.com
SMTP helo:uuzu.com
SMTP email: [email protected]

i am sure that the email address is correct, it's can send and receive with outlook, but with the trigger can't send message,if i config the mail media like this:

SMTP server: localhost
SMTP helo:localhost
SMTP email: [email protected]

before this ,i start the sendmail service, such this,i can receive the trigger's message with a attachment,but message is mess, the message content is :

the attachment content is :
FTP server is down on 192.168.1.8: OK

i know the attachment is the content i want,but how to solve the mail's mess content???

do you any else advise?
