I've just spent most of the day getting to a point where I was able to discover that triggers were shutting down our server with segfaults. (Admittedly I didn't get a whole lot of time to focus on it until last couple hours).
We got our server backup by dumping the triggers tables (was quick fix).
I tried digging through the id's via the log file, but every time I stopped one, a new one because a problem.
Anyone have a recommendation on validating the data in the triggers table to find corrupt data?
