Discovery operation (notification) does not work

Set up discovery as follows:

Name
discovery center.subdomain.domain.de UP

Conditions
Host ip = "10.100.196.0-254,10.100.197.0-254,10.100.198.0-254,10.100.199.0-254"
Discovery status = "Up"

Operations
Send message to User "root.mikado"
Add host
Add to group "discovery domain center.subdomain.domain.de"
Link to template "LSKN_Template_ICMP-Ping"

Adding and linking will work fine.
Notification in general will work fine.
User has read/write access to host group.

Notification of new discovered host is missed
What's going wrong ?

Same issue. I setup discovery and then a simple action to send message to a group to notify me on discovery. However I just checked and many devices were discovered. But I never received and message from the action.

Added action operation:

slxsys01.subdomain.domain.de:/bin/echo "New Host discovered" | /bin/mail -s "{TRIGGER.NAME}:{HOSTNAME} ; Discovered UP" [email][email protected][/email]

"slxsys01.subdomain.domain.de" is the Zabbix-Server.
Zabbix-AgentD is up & configured to run remote commands.

But this does not work too.
