ZABBIX is temporary unavailable!

I installed Zabbix on Ubuntu using Synaptic Package Manager.
Now, when i start up Zabbix-Server and try to access the web interface i get this message :

ZABBIX is temporary unavailable!

I checked the logs for Zabbix server but it did not report any problems.

Any ideas of what could the problem be ?

Well, the problem was with the configuration file.
Zabbix.conf.php had incorrect value for Zabbix Database.

problem resolved!
