Zabbix messages In System Event Log

Is there anyway of changing the volume of messages that are written to the system event viewer log, the seems to be about 5 messages for every zabbix action and it doesn't seem necessary.

Think I just solved ths as soons as I asked the question, I changed the debug level in the config file, is this correct?

While I'm on the subject why is this this produced as a warning?

[4252]: Info from server: Processed 100 Failed 0 Total 100 Seconds spent 4.690708

Seems a little useless, it would be better if only failures were warnings.
