    How to UserParameter with Timeslot

    Hi all,

    my Problem:

How to add a UserParameter which has data only during working hours. The Element is disabled every evening when there is no more data.

    Any suggestions welcome.

    Cheers

Use flexible interval to reduce polling frequency outside of working time ?

Then write triggers with time conditions.

Thanks for Suggestion. The Problem seems to be, that the Server disables the function if there will be no more UserParameter.

Strange - we had this configuration working - till update to 1.6.6 (which is essential for us). So it worked before...

The flexible intervall - how to do it in a way, that during 0900 and 1730 the data is collected every 300 seconds and not outside this timeslot ?

      Cheers

What do you mean "no more userparameter" ?
You change zabbix_agentd's configuration every day ?

At worse item will go unsupported but this is no big deal as zabbix polls unsupported items (every 10 minutes by default) and re-enables them when back.

That is the Problem - it does not (since update to 1.6.6). Has anyone else that problem ?

          Cheers
