Less confusing Request for BCMATH check

Sorry about the last post not making a lot of sense. The issue is when I http and start the pre-requisites check. It fails on the PHP compiled with bcmath support.
Does anyone know how the pre-requisites are being checked by the php script so I can run the same check by hand. anyone? anyone?

Did you check bcmath dependencies?
Maybe your lacking php-gd?

I needed the following packages for my deployment.
