Different database for different Zabbix components.
Is it possible to have Zabbix set up such that it will use MySQL for the server, but SQlite from the proxies within the same build process?
No, it is not supported. Build the server with MySQL support first, then build the proxy with SQLite. You cannot get binaries for different databases after single make.
