    Problem with the traffic representation!

Hello , I have installed Zabbix 1.6 on GNU Debian Lenny.
And I have a problem with the traffic representation.

It does not show me more than 250 Mb. I am using net.if.out[eth0] or net.if.in[eth0] with Delta (speed per second) and Multiplier to get bit per second statistics.
Also, according security policy, we cannot use SNMP protocol to get the statistic

      I don't think you need a Multiplier for net.if.in[eth0]

In the item conf, set Units = Bps
and Use Multiplier = Do not use

That's how it seems to be configured in the templates that are using zabbix_agent.
Disclaimer: All of the above is pure speculation.

multiplier is used for getting bits from bytes, so i suppose it's correct.
looking at the graph we can see that missing areas are not the highest peaks. it actually looks to me like either monitored device, network inbetween or zabbix server gets overloaded, thus values do not arrive. figure out where the bottleneck is, then you can try to resolve it.

Server CPU is not high loaded.
Maybe, this problem is related to 32/64-bit counters?
How in this case should I solve this problem?

that's only one section of possible trouble sources. as it appears when network clearly is very loaded, that is the most likely reason.
what device is this actually and what is item interval set to ?

Our 10G network is loaded near 10% nowadays... I'm monitoring Linux pppoe-servers using zabbix-agent with 30 second interval
