For some reason on some hosts the entire line instead of being green is all Dark Grey and Red, instead of Green and Red boxes. I have tried accessing this from a few pc's on our network so im pretty sure its not the MS browser (or could be...dont know).. Even when I delete the host being monitored and re-added, the colors dont change. When I select data instead of Triggers, the data shows up fine.
This issue even shows up on servers in all groups, not a particular host type...the dark grey shows up with the green and red boxes.

Dark grey simply means that it hasn't received data for that item or trigger yet. Per item, you have polling intervals, often it checks. For example, the zabbix version trigger, doesn't need to be checked every 60 seconds, because it adds to the cpu and polling queue, so you set it for 600 seconds, 10 minutes, it will poll every ten minutes, after ten minutes it should change color because it'll finally get data.

There is also another scenario, that the trigger is not supported by that system and is just left grey because it's not receiving data.
