We moved our database from one machine to another. Now we are having the phenomena that in the dashboard no alert/event is shown once one is logged in with a user. The dashboard looks ok when it is viewed without login (guest user). Anybody knows what to do? I have already deleted the sessions and profiles table without success.

do you see current problems in monitoring -> triggers when logged in ?
has the old database been brought down ? (just to be sure frontend always connects to the new one

Triggers are executed as expected, no problems (mails are sent...). The frontend was configured to connect to the new one. When I connect with a user having the guest role everything is fine...Comment

Reason was 'max_allowed_packet' in mysql was too small: only 1MB was not enough for users with extended rights. Increased the value to 10MB and the problem went away.Comment
