Once again, I thought I knew where to do this at...but I forgot/lost the path. I need to change the default cpu load values and other values to accomodate our developement environments.

Configuration -> Triggers, select Templates on the dropdown list on the upper right corner
Bear in mind that any change you make in a Templated Trigger will propagate across any existing Trigger that uses it.
As an alternative(recommended for personalization), you can clone the Templated Trigger and next 'Copy selected to..' a Host/Host Group of your choice
