Does anyone know how this could happen?

Running 1.6.5 on CentOS 5.3.
Don't have a screen cap of the hosts but several times host and dns columns are wiped out and IP is changed from 0.0.0.0 to 127.0.0.1.
I have to go in manually and deduce from the groups what server it is and update the row.
Is there a bug I didn't notice in the 1.6.6 changelogs?
