Can we monitor DART fibre line ? if yes , can we monitor , the following features .

· Link Availability

· Reliability

· At any point of time Bandwidth availability/used

· Bandwidth Control

· Signal Attenuation

· Latency

· Priority to be set between the links.

it depends on how you can get any information.
i suspect there might be snmp interface. if that is the case, you can pretty much monitor anything that is exposed over snmp.
