Problems with protocol SNMP HELP ME PLEACE

Hello I have problems with SNMP someone can help me ..!!!

I get no monitoring of zabbix Templates appear as OID [1.3.6.1.2.1.5.13.0] value has unknown type [0x80] in most of them
    obviously with a different OID

Can you help me pleace to monitor Linux servers with snmp ...

Until now can't monitor and had no results when using snmp.

Use a monitoring server where I have Ubuntu Server 9.04 for installed zabbix
Monitoring: 2 servers, Ubuntu 9.04 and 2 Windows XP
In each I and for installed zabbix agents respectivante your agent for each operating system.

I need to monitor the reading and writing the hard disk and all other items of SNMP mildly that well by default in zabbix

in advance thank you very much for your help

Are U sure u cant use agent? if so then try to use snmpwalk from zabbix servers to be sure that U have configured everithing correctly and to get all possible values, this is hard way, but could be usefull.
