    can't create image in 1.8

    Hi all,

This new version of Zabbix is absolutely amazing
Thanks to the dev team !

I updated from 1.6.7 on my debian and I have some problem to create a new image... (tested on Firefox & Safari)
When i click to save, there is no error. But it seems that the image on DB is broken and it's impossible to view it.

    Anyone experiencing this problem?

    Thanks
    Simon

    Update :
In fact, there is absolutely nothing in the "image" field when i do "select image on images where imageid=22"

could any one of you provide the image used for testing ? i'm asking at least the 3rd time by now, and it seems like my requests are simply ignored...

I am experiencing the same problem. When looking at the entries in the images table after uploading, the image info appears to be corrupted, e.g. a PNG image, which is supposed to begin with the byte 0x89, has the value 0x3f in the database. Image length is also different to the original.

I have tested from both unix and windows platforms using firefox and IE with the same results.

To verify its not in my images I have used the standard icons that come with the zabbix 1.8 distribution.

                      PS. Running on Solaris 10/Apache2.2/PHP5.2.4

php version, database used and database version ?
any entries in apache error log (assuming apache is used) ?
