Graph drag and drop working in 1.8 screens?

I set up a fresh install of 1.8 and was testing the drag and drop of graphs onto various empty cells of the screen. I can only get it to work about one out of every ten attempts if I am lucky.

When I drag it to a new cell, I get the red rectangle that I assume indicates it is a permissable operation, but generally all I get is the graph configuration menu in the original cell I am trying to drag from.

Anyone get this to work consistently?

Drag'n'drop works for me. Upgraded from 1.6.6
Zbx 2.0.4 on Debian and MYSQL5 on Ubuntu Server 64bit 8.04,
200+ Win Agents, 50+ Linux Agents, 150+ Network Devices

Figured it out. The issue only happens when I use Firefox as the browser.

IE works fine when performing this operation.

according to mozilla webpage, latest stable is 3.5.5
not sure whether it's worth hacking in support for old releases - in any case, its worth first testing whether the latest one works ok

Upgraded to 3.5.5 - same issue.

No problem though. I use IE the majority of the time.

same problem here with FF 3.5.5
Sometime, the graph does not take its new place

I take this screenshot after drag&drop a graph...

it seems to work nicely here with opera, konqueror and firefox (3.5.5)

the only problem - if object is not dropped in a valid cell, editing properties opens (ok, and there are some weird effects with konqueror if element is dropped on an incorrect location ).

in any case, please report your experiences at https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-1177 - and feel free to vote on it as well
