I get repetative notifications over SMS

In the "Alerts" section there is one notification sent when trigger fires, but i get 2 same messages on phone.

That is what the delay is meant to solve. By default the delay is set to 30 seconds, which means that as long as the trigger is true, you will get one alert every 30 seconds. I recommend setting this no lower than 300 seconds.

The second issue that you might be seeing is a problem with the way the system processes multiple medias. If you have two or more media types configured, the system appears to fire them all off one time for each type of media you have defined. For example, if you have email and a script defined, both will fire twice per delay period. If you have email, and two scripts defined, each will fire three times per delay period.
