mbstring support centos

Hi,

I'm trying to install Zabbix 1.8 on Centos 5.4, and when trying to install frontend, I'm getting error that mbstring isn't enabled. PHPinfo page shows that everything is OK and it's enabled. (see files attached)

What could be reason?

Something I have done, it works well without changing the code, is change php.ini/ There is mention of mbstring mode. I configured it for mode 2.
