In 1.6.7, you can use Chinese character to create groups. But in 1.8, if the goups name contains Chinese character, it will be displayed like '????' (see the attached file).
In the same computer, I installed both 1.6.7 and 1.8, and use the same browse, the 1.6.7 has correct display , and 1.8 display wrong.
