Error in Maps / Screen permissions

We have a error to access Maps and Screens with a 'normal user' (not Super Admin).

    In apache log:

    Code:
PHP Warning: imagettftext() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /var/www/html/zabbix-1.8/include/graphs.inc.php on line 1200, referer: http://www.webmonitor.com.br/maps.php?sid=fb65d378b2fe460b
    In ZABBIX GUI:

              1. what's "GUIN" ?
              Actually is GUI.

              2. where exactly do you get such a view ? looks ok everywhere here.
This error is only in Google Chrome ... sorry.
