zabbix_agentd.conf: add custom parameters for a thirdparty script?

Hello,

i use zabbix with a few custommade scripts, and i have added some parameters for my own scripts to zabbix_agentd.conf

those are parameters for a complete different application and has nothing to do with zabbix_agentd.exe

It looks like everything works perfect but can this cause any problems?
