Has "Configuration->Items" tab disappear from Zabbix 1.8 API?

Hello:

I have just migrated from version 1.6.6 to 1.8 and I had a big surprise when I tried to configure items in new API.
I don't have "Items" configuration tab in new API! and I think that this is one of the most used tab in former versions.

Is this rigth? or I have some thing wrong ...

I have tried to check in zabbix 1.8 manual but almost all images are from version 1.6.
