    Processor Load Graphs acting strangely...

    Hello all,

Recently all of my Processor Load Graphs stopped working. When I look at the last hour they all show empty, for all hosts.

When I change that view to be the last three hours I see a nice pretty graph up to and including the last hour... If I then highlight that hour to see that graph up close, it shows as blank.

I don't see anything in the logs, I don't see a high load on the Zabbix Server... The only thing that I changed was adding two hosts to monitor that have a REALLY high CPU Load. (Load average of 35 but this is intentional for the time being.)

Soooo anyone have any ideas where I can look for why the Process or Load Graphs would stop working right around the same time that these machines started having their statistics gathered?

    Thanks in advance,
    David

Graphs in general not showing up...

Sooo it turns out that most graphs no long work for 1 hour or 2 hour intervals but if I get back to 3 hours or greater they graph great, up to and including the most recent 1-2 hours.

If I look at the latest 500 values it shows values for each and every time period, but for some reason, the graph won't show up.

Does anyone have any ideas of where I could look to try and figure this out? It's really quite frustrating....
    Thanks,
    Iskondi

It's the default polling period that comes with Zabbix. I just checked and it's set to 5 seconds.

polling interval is probably to fast for the pollers to keep up. If you miss to many polls the graph will not display. Try and bump it to 30 secs.

            Interesting.

Is there a reason the default is set to 5? Is there a guideline of what reasonable polling times are for different metrics?
