Ive gone through the process quite a few times so far. And every time I have the same issue. v1.8.1 on Linux. MySQL db.
I have a server, it works fine. It can watch a few hosts. One host I make a proxy, and it works fine. After I add hosts to the proxy or if I just wait a bit, my 'master' server loses its hosts. And weirder still when I go to add the hosts back I cannot because there are no longer any templates. Its as if the proxy removes items from the masters database.
I end up having to start from scratch and reinitialize the database.
I'm going to try again, this time giving the proxy a read only PW to the mysql database.
Is anyone else running a proxy configuration and seen this issue? Is there a simple proxy configuration walk through?
