If I stop the agentd, the triger is properly raised, but the status in map is still green and OK.

found the reason
The problem is that I deleted the host and added it again. But in Map, it was still the old one (host) and I had to delete it directly in mysql.
Also I have another question, have a host that is alive (ping works) but with snmp agent disabled, so I added the trigger
{MYHOST:sysName.count(120)}<2
sysName is pulled with snmp, but the trigger triggers once to UNKNOWN state, and not to ON, to signal proper snmp unreachable status.
Also why there are always at least two triggers for every change of status, first to UNKNOWN and then to ON or OFF?Comment
