[1.8.x agent] GB become TB problem

When i update a client from 1.6.x to 1.8.x it reports TB(terrabytes) to zabbix instead of GB.

Are there more people with this problem? THe item within zabbix has with 1.6 a default multipler of 1024. it looks like 1.8 doens't need this value. But when i'm in an upgrade plan, i can't update 400 servers at once, so i get incostistent data.

when i check with zabbix_get the agent just sends it's data in bytes.

are there more people with this strange behaviour?

I've already mentioned it as a bug at https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-1531. As a solutions you should use 'Mass update' feature at 'Configuration -> Hosts -> Template -> _item_' you're getting wrong values from.

Even some of the values showing correct and some of them showing TB instead of GB ?
