    Updating historical IT Services info

    I've been collecting data for awhile, and just yesterday created some IT Services entries based upon trigger conditions. I like the SLA graphs, but noticed everything looks to be 100% up and green for the past, even though I know numerous triggers occurred for the triggers I linked. Current data seems fine, because I'm seeing new trigger events represented correctly.

    I'd either prefer those historical entries to be blank, or better yet, go back and correctly represent what happened.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Nope, you don't.
    SLA calculation is initiated within event processing. Only IT-Services related (trigger changing) events will update the data for SLA calculation.
