Web Monitoring isn't running

I have tried to setup monitoring of some URLs. I have started with the tutorial in the manual but the web monitoring doesn't seem to be running.

In Monitoring, Web it shows the scenario I setup but it says "State" is "idle till 01 jan 1970 10:00:00". I have run curl and it seems OK.

I am running on Ubuntu 9.10. I presume Zabbix doesn't know where libcurl is but I can't find any setting to give it the path.

I looked in zabbix_server.conf.

I saw another entry about net-snmp where you can specify the path during "./configure". I will look into that.

--with-libcurl=/usr/bin/curl-config

It seemed to be recognised in "./configure".

Now it is running.
