Cannot open config file [windows]

I've a problem from windows 2003 standard edition with agent zabbix 1.8.1

C:\>zabbix_agentd.exe -c c:\zabbix\zabbix_agentd\zabbix_agentd.conf
zabbix_agentd.exe [2644]: Cannot open config file [C:\zabbix\zabbix_agentd\] [No such file or directory].

Do you have a solution ?

Try to move all the files to "C:\" try it again.
