zabbix agentd too much CLOSE WAIT

I found some zabbix agentd often down,and check it to looks this following:
# netstat -ant|grep 10050 |grep -ic close
128

too much CLOSE WAIT netstat.
and the zabbix agentd was also down.

I have to restart the zabbix agentd every day.

I have same problem with zabbix_arentd 1.8.2 and 1.8.1 (windows). Does someone have idea?
