Zabbix and Mysql

Now I have the problem with monitoring MySQL.
Zabbix_server works, but it can't monitor MySQL.
Here is zabbix_server.log

1086:20100312:112636.780 [Z3005] Query failed: [2006] MySQL server has gone away [begin;]
1086:20100312:112636.780 [Z3005] Query failed: [2006] MySQL server has gone away [update hosts set errors_from=0,disable_until=0,error='' where hostid=10025]

Please? anybody help me to solve this situation!

That looks more like your zabbix_server receiving errors when connecting to your zabbix mysql DB.
