Graphs are sometimes broken/empty (image included)

I have sometimes the problem that the graphs are not totally filled. When I go to a minute-graph, there are many holes in it, 5 minutes less, 15 more less. This is because of the fact (maybe) that the scale is different and you can't see the errors from 1 minute in the 15min graph.

I have checked my logfiles but everything seems to be nice. Sometimes the holes are at the same time, so I think it's the zabbix-server. But today I saw the holes are sometimes not the same when you look on the time.

    Here an example:

I had the exact same problem. In fact, it got worse the more hosts I added to zabbix as well; it started out exactly as you describe and by the time I had over a hundred hosts in the graphs had degraded to what they look like in the example I give.

I made this change and it solved my issue. I'm not even sure why it worked as we never select clock from the database and yet we make evaluations off it, but it did. (and admittedly.. I haven't looked at it at all or tried to figure out why it occured to begin with since the problem was resolved for me)
