Zabbix sends out TONS of SMS/Emails - Why?

Hi there

I'm having a strange issue with my Zabbix server (v 1.6.5). It sends out about 150 SMS/emails in just a few seconds (according to events, within 3 seconds) if the trigger is true.

The trigger is:
{CUDA-AMR2:SNR.DS1.US3.avg(#2)}<18

The phenomena is that Zabbix sends a lot of PROBLEM emails/sms, and after the issue has been resolved, only one OK notification. I guess something's looping here.

Does anyone of you have an idea why this could happen?

Though 150 seems really weird,
maybe you've several Actions overlapping the conditions, all of them but one with the condition 'Trigger value = "PROBLEM"'.
Each matched condition will send a notification per Trigger
