    SNMP Issues, No such object

    Hello Guys,
    I have problem with snmp. snmpget command works for objects like sysname, syslocation, and whatever is in system. at the same time, I need to find the value for hrMemorySize. Once I use "snmptranslate -On -IR hrMemorySize" I get the numeric OID, but when I use "snmpget -v2c -c public localhost hrMemorySize.0", I receive "No such object available on this agent at this OID". Could you please help? Thanks.

    What if you specify the MIB in the snmpget command:

    "snmpget -v2c -c public localhost HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrMemorySize.0"

      Hello MrKen

      That I have already done. No use. I believe I need to implement the MIB by the agent. You know how to please?

        Here's a link to the net-snmp Tutorial. That's where I go when I'm not sure what to do:
