Question about discovery

Hopefully someone can help. I'd like to know 2 things:

1. Which server instance (e.g. StartDiscoverers) handles PROXY discovery data?

2. Which server instance handles discovery actions (or just actions in general)?

The reason I ask is, I think we are hitting a ceiling on the number of discovery jobs and discovery actions we have in our installation. We are seeing a delay trigger actions from executing and in most cases none of the discovery actions from running.

1. if you mean discovery jobs on proxy itself, discoverers. if you mean what's accepting data on zabbix server, trappers.

2. for messages it's alerter, not completely sure what about discovery actions - maybe the same
