    Negative number SNMP problem

    Hi,
I recently upgraded Zabbix from 1.6 to 1.8 . I'm having problems now where I can not pull negative snmp values. I monitor several wireless signals(dBm) and temperatures(Celsius) via snmp. This was working in 1.6. I redownloaded 1.8.2 and recompiled zabbix again but no go(fix from a previous post). Is there anything else I can try to resolve this? I'm at a loss for the next step...

    Thanks

By definition right now the Zabbix items are unsigned integers, meaning positive I would guess.

For temperature, you could always measure in degrees Kelvin

Not sure what you could do with decibels, though.
