    Sending alert for a user group

    Hi!

    I'm configuring actions for my triggers but got a trouble! When I configure it to send message for single user, it works fine. But when I set it to send message for user group, it does't going on! Anyone knows how can I fix it?

    Greetings,

    First ensure that each user in the group has their email addresses set. Second ensure that the group itself doesn't have an email address set. Next, force your system to generate an alert email for the group, and check your Alert history and see if the system thinks it sent the email out. If it think it is sending the email out, check our your mail server's logs to ensure that it sees the emails coming in. With this information, we should be able to narrow down where the issues is occuring.

    To get to the Alerts history, go to the monitoring tab on the Zabbix UI and choose actions. This shows you all actions that the Zabbix system has taken for each alert you have configured and that has triggered.

      That's Ok! I found the cause of the trouble! It was a bad configuration. It's working fine now!
