"inconnu status" on a map

Hello,

I'am using zabbix 1.8.1,when i create a map, several of my servers show an "inconnu status" whereas all the datas are good.
What's the problem ?

Those unknown status are probably due to triggers without data.
If you have disabled some items, you should also disable corresponding triggers.
