No Map background image found.

Hi,
I've a strange problem that When I try configure a map, I can't see any background image.Its just a broken image icon. Moreover,when I press to add Element nothing happens!
I can't select background images while editing a new map too
Please help.

Sorry for replying late- i got this thread Thanks for redirecting. I'll definitely be trying those changes but Its going to be risky for production system

make sure your database charset is set to UTF8.. the link above will fix your problem.. nothing risky about it.. your system isn't setup correctly. If you're worried that it is look at the current charset for those two database tables.. if they aren't UTF8 it is wrong. run those two commands and then you should be able to import
