Problem with zabbix 1.8.2 and postgres 8.3.8

Problem:

OS: openSUSE 11.1
zabbix: 1.8.2
postgres: 8.3.8

Clean zabbix install (create database, then fill it by scripts from 'create' directory).
After starting server:
- clients cannot connect
- postgres logs filled by errors (error log grows fast up to hundred megabytes):
