Problems with network traffic in windows

Hi People.

I was trying to make my zabbix to monitor the outgoing and incomming traffic from a windows client, but I had no sucess. I've tried to set the perf_counter in the zabbix_agentd.conf and nothing, have tried to use net.if.in/out[{ipaddr or interface name}, bytes] and NO success too.

Certanly I'm not fully understating how it real works.

The item shows active, but no data is showed in the graphs.

If anybody can help I'll be pleased.
