Cannot find/download MIB's from nortel CD

I tried to copy MIB's from a Nortel 4500 switch but cannot see any MIB with corresponding If-MIB OID's, where do I find these, example

ifOutOctets40 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.48

ifOutOctets40 has oid .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.40
