Currently i have the W32 Agent running on a NT4 server that is reporting Free Disk space and everything else just fine, but one of the triggers for the Exchange server isn't being reported. Currently the ITEM i have is host:service_state[STORE.EXE] and host:service_state[STORE] information being collected. However when we shut down the Exchange server and thus the STORE service, Zabbix doesn't report that it's gone down. The simple check for tcp,25 works fine but not the service state check.
Tested W32 agent on my XP box using my print spooler as a test service and that was reported fine.
Any suggestions?
