Good day ...

I am new to zabbix relation to the study of the tool for 15 days, I have it installed and configured, everything working as expected ...

I just have a problem with regard to sending e-mail notification ... address is already set up triggers and actions to trigger e-mail so when we go into media reports have listed 90 actions for the admin user who has added the e-mail for shipping.

e-mail set to receive notifications about user [email protected] adimn

Below are my settings in the media e-mail

Descrição --> E-mail
Tipo --> E-mail
Servidor SMTP --> localhost
SMTP helo --> smtp.gmail.com
SMTP email --> [email protected]

GApps/GMail uses TLS for their mail server authentication, which is currently not supported by Zabbix. You have four options imho:

1. Implement Authentication support in Zabbix, submit it back to the community
2. Use a php/bash/perl/whatever script to route your emails through for now.
3. Setup local postfix or some other MTA/SMTP forwarder and use that
4. Wait until Zabbix implements TLS and not use mail until then

These are ordered by what I think is the best thing to do, 1 being the best, 4 the worst
