I'v got this messages appearing every 1 minute on the web interface:
1 failed login attempts logged. Last failed attempt was from ::1 on 04.08.2010 09:48.

Why? Who fails? I have no idea who/what is the problem? I'm the only user of this Zabbix server. Strange.

I'm testing zabbix on the vmware appliance for about month and it worked fine.

hmm turn off ipv6, it maybe helps?!

The appliance has a test web scenario that tries to login.
in your case, it fails every minute I guess...

Disable the scenario or change the password there...

That's right. You need to change password of the user in a web scenario:

"Configuration" -> "Web" -> "Zabbix frontend"

See textarea "Variables" and change the password there.
