zabbix-server dies since host is discovered twice

Logfile: Server dies when ip 10.100.216.4 is discovered
    10.100.216.4 ist mysql2r...

    Stopped zabbix-server
    Restarted with no discoverers

    Checked mysql2r... and found twice
    Deleted one of them

    Using Zabbix Search for mysql2r...
Found one Host! Selecting "Latest Data" responses:
Critical error. Field [groupid] is not integer

Restarting zabbix-server with discoverers will fail.
See Logfile (compressed to failing process) for more.

How can i remove the host from Database manually?
    Regards, Marcus

To delete this host, connect to zabbix database in mysql.
You can use this query for example:
    Code:
    delete from hosts where ip='10.100.216.4';

      Thx!

Host is now unique. But zabbix-server will die again.
It seems to be an discovery issue. After disabling all discoverers in server.conf zabbix-server run's fine.

Checked the debug.log but no idea what's going on.

Attaching the new log. Any idea's ???
