Bind Current Time with Trigger Expression

dear all
i need to use Logical AND Operator between an item of trigger and another like this

{testHost:if.last(0)}&{TIME}

but {TIME} macro can't help me because it can't be used on trigger expression
any body can give a solution?

Maybe you can explain to us what it is you are trying to accomplish, because this expression doesn't make any particular sense to me
